Is it possible to make something on the pages clickable, like a button or movie clip that displays a pop-up box?

Flipping Book page can be both image or SWF. Using your own SWF as page you are able to add interactive content and links.

Is it possible to edit or change the control buttons? Have we the swf files? is every think editable?

Controls are fully editable. Following items describes editing procedure and changing controls inside Flipping book.
The procedure for controls editing:
- Download one of the default controls source controls_blue.fla or controls_gray_green.fla.
- Open it by using Flash CS3 or above.
- Change graphic inside each button.
- Save and compile.
Procedure for changing controls SWF inside Flipping book:
- Inside Flipping book select Settings > Controls tab.
- Under controls row, click on the Change button.
- In the File chooser dialog, upload, and choose new controls.

I wonder if I can use (Flipping Book) offline (install under my desktop) or to work must always be online??

Flipping book is web based application. To use it on the local machine you need to have webserver running on localhost (e.g apache) and PHP.
Whatever you install Flipping book on remote web server or local host you can download Flipping book you made and use it in a third website or CD/DVD/USB stick. This option is available under Integration>Download.

This feature will be added in the next release.

In the "Settings > Initial behavior" for "Initial page" set "Last". Also You need to unchecked "Show jump to page" check box under controls.
