I bought both the News Ticker and the Flipping book and cannot say enough about the product and the customer service from Srdjan. I had a few issues with installation of fwindows for the flipping book and Srdjan answered every one promptly and even offered a refund if I couldn't solve the problem, which I did of course with his help. I've never received such excellent service and so quickly. I would highly recommend his products. As a non flash web designer, he's made it possible for me to offer some nifty flash components that I wouldn't normally be able to.
Another thing I love, my purchases are always available to me in case my computer crashes, I purchase a new one and need to download again. I don't have to purchase it again like some people make you! They're all there! That is one thing that holds me back from purchasing online but Srdjan solves that issue too. What more can you ask for. Great product, great service and someone who actually backs it up! That's the total package. Thanks, Srdjan!

I bought News Ticker, FLV player and Navigation Pro components. They have almost the best features and documentation in the market. Whenever I get a problem, I submit a help ticket and will get very prompt response.

AWSSOFT has excellent components with many advanced features. I developed my own flash photo galleries before because I use to feel that "components" were too modular. With AWSSOFT's Advanced Image Gallery, there are many customizable functions that killed this stereotype.
The technical support is over and beyond ones expectations. Srdjan is extremely helpful, and you may feel confident that the customer services goes beyond the initial purchase.
I would recommend AWSSOFT to anyone. Great product! Great customer service!

Yes, really a great support. The best I received until now. I change mind on one product that I bought, due to the php safe running mode of my client server, and Srdjan offer me a refund. Considering competitors and other news tickers, this one is out of this world. Seriously, no other one supports being able to read from xml, programmable parameters from the xml, image galleries and background image at the same time as well as css support. Amazing!
